How does the Climax 1052QTB work?

Customer presses button on necklace or bracelet, base unit activates and sends signal to monitoring station through cellular network.

Monitoring Station receives signal from customers location and immediately speaks and listens to customer through the 2-way communication audio on the Climax 1052QTB system and determines what kind of assistance customer needs.

If customer needs help (fall, medical situation), emergency contact(s) and emergency authorities (EMS/Fire/Police) are notified and dispatched to customers home.

Monitoring station will keep in contact with customer until has arrived and receives assistance.

Once customer receives assistance, incident is closed out and Climax 1052QTB goes back to standby mode, ready to assist again.

All medical alarms are recorded for quality assurance.

This system is monitored 24 hours 7 days a week by Superior Central Station.
NOTE: If customer accidently presses button on necklace or bracelet, only steps 1 and 2 will occur, emergency contact(s) and emergency authorities (EMS/Fire/Police) will not be notified.
