What happens when you press button?

  1. Monitoring Station gets notified of emergency signal and location.

  2. Customer and Emergency Contacts get notified automatically via text message and/or email that customer activated alarm.

  3. Monitoring Station and Customer communicate through 2-way audio on smartwatch and assess situation.

  4. Monitoring Station pinpoints your location and Emergency Authorities are dispatched to that location if necessary.

We contract with the following insurance companies, Amerigroup, Community First Health Plans, Molina Healthcare, Superior Healthplan, and United statewide*, and also with the Texas Health and Human Services in 28 counties to provide Emergency Response Services (ERS) at no cost to you if you are eligible or you can also pay on a private pay basis if you prefer, no contract required, just pay monthly, cancel anytime.
